Dental implants will be placed in the regions of missing teeth 14, 15, and 16 to replace the missing teeth and restore function and aesthetics. Abutments will be placed on implants 14, 15, and 16 to support a screw-retained bridge of three units spanning teeth 14 to 16. Additionally, a crown will be placed on tooth 25. In the lower jaw, dental implants will be placed in the regions of missing teeth 32, 33, 34, 35, 41, and 42 to replace the missing teeth and restore function and aesthetics. Abutments will be placed on implants 32, 33, 34, 35, 41, and 42 to support a screw-retained bridge of six units spanning teeth 32 to 42.
